Returning to the hotel rooms felt like coming back to a warm, inviting sanctuary with spacious and beautifully decorated spaces offering stunning views across the valley, creating a truly relaxing and peaceful stay. The service, although generally overpriced, was very courteous and humble, with top-notch quality and delightful cocktails to enjoy. The location was excellent, nestled just off the pedestrianized Mall with easy access to nature, but a bit disastrous for those on the first floor, offering a pretty good overall experience. The dining was satisfactory, although improvements could elevate the experience, and the facilities were quite nice.
